Surrey maternity photographer – I just love summer. Outdoor maternity sessions are usually in full swing come June. The golden, evening sun is the best time of day to capture some sweet baby bumps. Tarah came to me at 34 weeks along with her first baby. We ventured to an exotic meadow to photograph her pregnancy glow. She was so easy to work with and became a natural in front of the camera. Here are some of my favourites from her maternity photography session.
Coquitlam newborn baby photography – What some people may not know, is that newborn sessions generally take place within the first two weeks after birth. I get a lot of calls from first time parents wanting a newborn type session when there baby is already a month old. I often recommend pre-booking your session ahead of time to ensure you are confirmed a spot before your baby is 14 days old. How this works is that your due date is put on reserve. We then ask that you call us within 48 hours after giving birth to let you know your baby has arrived. As newborns are still so small, flexible and very sleepy during their first few days of life, waiting until after two weeks is not ideal. Having said that, I have photographed older babies in the past. It all depends on their size and when they arrived in relation to their due date (ie. overdue, ontime or early). As I book up 3-4 months in advance is it better to reserve your due date as soon as you decide you would like a session.
Here is a little sneak peek of Miss Kalina at 11 days old (born two weeks before her due date).
Newborn baby photographer Vancouver – Senna blessed me with her presence last month at just 11 days old. With a head full of beautiful, dark hair, this baby girl was adorable. Not only was Miss Senna so easy to pose, but she slept pretty much most of the session. There is something about newborn girls that just pull at my heart. There were so many wonderful images from her session that I loved. It was very hard to narrow it down to what to post in this sneak peek.
